The dock indicator is the one built into AWN Dock. You just need to click on any dock theme ---> Customize. And choose indicator as "dot" .. and choose any custom color you want, in this case.. gold/yellow
As for the dark GTK3 theme, I guess you can try the Adwaita DarK that comes with Gnome 3.4. I usually copy the file gkt-dark.css to gkt.css in the Adwaita folder to get the dark theme all arround. You can maybe complement that with a modified metacity that adjusts to the dark GTK3. See, e.g., [link]
wow your desk is beautiful! which image viewer is it in the first screen? Another elegant theme?? let's see... there is zukitwo, naos (take a look in my last screenshot), orion (with metacity from greybird modificado, there's another screen using it in my gallery), boomerang and the one that i'm using now (i will take a screenshot later) adwaita-x light with fundamental round as xfwm...
The first screen image viewer is Gloobus Preview, an amazing Mac style quick document viewer for linux. You can even play video files with it very quickly and efficiently. Thanks for your theme suggestions too, I'm looking for a dark colored one as I've been using the current one for a couple months now.
i tought it was gloobus preview, but i didn't know there was a light version... anyway there are two dark gtk3 themes that i like: [link] [link] (this one have more colors instead of white, look in craazyt gallery).
